Cancellation & Refund

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy below.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, uncoloured models that have been altered, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To start the process, please contact us at phenom.figurines@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing original packaging, or items not in their original condition).

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at phenom.figurines@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Replacement Policy: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
